Tsurumi has long been dedicated to water resource supply and protection. To achieve higher reliability and innovation in pump controllers, Tsurumi selected Magnus as a partner to develop and optimize the functional design of its next-generation controllers. The main challenge of this project was not only to control a single pump but also to integrate multiple pumps into the same control system, which posed greater demands on hardware design and control logic.

Product Design and Manufacturing：
● Implemented a flexible mold design strategy to ensure manufacturing adaptability.
● Achieved waterproof performance up to 15 meters, enhancing product reliability in harsh environments.
Electronic Engineering Integration：
● Optimized module systems to improve coordination with pump operation.
● Redesigned multiple interfaces and PCB design, significantly improving system stability and signal accuracy.
OEM Manufacturing Services：
● Took charge of a complete testing process, including manufacturability verification, assembly precision, and cosmetic quality inspection.
● Introduced mass production planning during the late development stage to shorten time-to-market and ensure successful deployment of the controller in real-world applications.
Project Outcome
This project demonstrated Magnus’s full capabilities in product design and manufacturing, electronic engineering, PCB design, and mass production planning. We not only resolved challenges in waterproofing, system stability, and manufacturing precision, but also ensured that the product entered mass production smoothly and was successfully launched to the market—delivering a solution that combined technical innovation with practical benefits for the client.
